To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

  • All tags and labels must be attached

No problem. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it for you and issue a full refund—no fees, no extra charges, and no customs surprises.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@dunedrobe.com to initiate your return.

  2. Fill Out the Return Form: Download and complete our return form (we’ll provide it via email).

  3. Ship the Item: Send your return to one of our designated return centers.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dunedrobe.com. We’ll take care of it with a replacement or full refund—free of charge.
