All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our third-party logistics (3PL) facility in China. Final delivery is handled by reliable local carriers in your country to ensure smooth last-mile delivery.

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

  • Order Processing: Within 24 hours (Monday–Friday)

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 3–14 business days depending on destination

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Important Delivery Information

  • Accurate Address Details:
    Ensure your delivery information is correct and complete to avoid delays. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information.

  • Undeliverable Packages:
    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will reach out to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

  • Damaged Packages:
    If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours at support@dunedrobe.com. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
